Greg Giugliano is a partner in the Melville, New York, office and is leader of the Firm’s national Assurance Services Division. Mr. Giugliano oversees the quality of the accounting and auditing practice, monitors SEC, PCAOB and FASB developments, and is responsible for Firm policies and procedures. Mr. Giugliano serves as a member of the AICPA Center for Audit Quality’s Professional Practice Executive Committee and its Smaller Firm Task Force. He was previously a member of the AICPA SEC Regulations Committee.
With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Giugliano has developed considerable expertise encompassing SEC regulations, accounting, auditing, business forecasting, international operations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, management consulting, and quality control. Mr. Giugliano has assisted numerous clients with the intricacies of becoming publicly traded and with the myriad issues faced by today’s SEC registrants, including capital raising, stock compensation, and revenue recognition.
Mr. Giugliano has been a frequent lecturer before professional groups, such as the New York State and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as numerous Marcum-sponsored programs. His subject matter has ranged from “Accounting for Lawyers” to technical SEC accounting and auditing updates. Mr. Giugliano has also performed peer reviews of other accounting firms under the auspices of the SEC Practice Section and Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Qiqi Wei is a partner in the Firm’s Technical Review and Quality Control group and a member of the Assurance Quality Control Department.
Ms. Wei is a seasoned audit professional with 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, and regulatory oversight. She has an in-depth knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and PCAOB auditing and related professional practice standards. Her expertise includes managing risks associated with operating in a highly regulated industry, specifically in the testing and documentation of internal controls over financial reporting, and substantive testing approach. She has extensive experience in various industries such as manufacturing, retail and distribution, construction, semiconductor, and life sciences.
Prior to joining MarcumBP, Ms. Wei began her career at a “Big Four” accounting firm, and later transitioned to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where she participated in both domestic and international inspection programs associated with “Big Four” and other accounting firms.

Stanley Liang, a managing director, is a high-performing financial services and tax professional with extensive experience in diverse industries and consistent commitment to his clients. Mr. Liang provides accounting, auditing and consulting services for public companies with subsidiaries in China, as well as Chinese companies planning for M&A transactions or IPOs in the United States. Prior to joining MarcumBP, Mr. Liang was a chief financial officer for a U.S. subsidiary of a beverage industry leader listed in Hong Kong, a senior associate in a top-five U.S. accounting firm in New York and a senior member of Ernst & Young LLP in Beijing.
Mr. Liang’s industry expertise spans financial services, manufacturing and distribution, pharmaceutical, education, real estate and the oil and gas industry. Mr. Liang also provides financial services for clients in the US REITs, equity, fixed income and hedge fund space. He advises on 401(k) retirement plans and ensures that clients are compliant with all relevant U.S. government regulations.
Mr. Liang holds an M.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in accountancy and a B.S. from Central University of Finance and Economics in financial management in Beijing.

Yi Lu, a managing director, oversees the firm’s most competitive cases. An essential part of the quality review team, Ms. Lu collaborates with the firm’s technical review partners and MarcumBP’s teams in China to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Overseeing cases in diverse industries gives Ms. Lu the unique vantage point to diagnose complex transaction issues and identify the smartest course of action for her client’s situation. Ms. Lu started her career at Grant Thornton LLP Chicago office.where she practiced audit and risk management for a diverse array of clients.
Through rigorous research and close coordination with the teams, Ms. Lu guides clients through reverse merger reporting, initial public offering, SEC comment letter responses, SEC reporting filings and financial statements and performs year-end audit and quarterly reviews. Her extensive knowledge of GAAP, PCAOB standards and SEC reporting requirements does not stop her from thoroughly researching each new case before applying her wealth of experience to any treatment plan she creates. Ms. Lu’s industry expertise includes real estate, advertising, software, auto leasing, manufacturing, financial services, consumer product and benefit plans.
Ms. Lu received her M.S. in accountancy from University of Notre Dame in Indiana and her B.E.in public finance from Zhejiang University in China.
Ivan (Jian-Feng) Chen, CICPA

Ida (Yu-Ting) ChenIvan Chen, a managing director, completes various types of audits—annual, pre-IPO and PRC statutory—and assists on senior international notes offerings. Mr. Chen has developed valuable cross-cultural communication skills while serving organizations in various industries, including manufacturing, advertising, public utilities, transportation, financial services, property management, real estate, retail and large-scale online gaming. Prior to joining MBP, he was a Manager with PwC in Guangzhou. Mr. Chen’s work with multinational, private and public companies—including auditing those listed on the Hong Kong, Shanghai and New York stock exchanges—has enabled him to contribute to diverse organizations dealing with myriad business issues. He is mindful of the SEC regulatory challenges that U.S.-listed organizations face.
Other areas in which Mr. Chen is experienced include providing financial consulting services—such as financial and restructuring advice—to pre-IPO companies, designing and implementing internal controls, and delivering financial due diligence services for M&A transactions. He plays a key role in the firm’s FDD anti-fraud business.
Mr. Chen earned a B.A in Accounting from the Management School at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou.
Greg Endo, technical advisor, has more than 26 years of experience working with publicly and privately held companies across numerous industries, including technology, media, manufacturing, consumer business, and real estate. Greg is a technical advisor in Marcum BP’s US SEC practice in China assisting engagement teams with clients’ financial reporting and complex accounting matters. Prior to joining Marcum BP, he was an audit and advisory partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Dallas, TX office starting in August 2006, and served in the role of senior manager, manager, senior accountant and staff accountant in various offices beginning in August 1994.
Greg has extensive experience with accounting for business combinations, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, research and development costs, leases and debt and equity transactions. He has experience service clients reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States. Greg has assisted clients with public and private equity and debt offerings and implementation of internal controls for compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
Greg received both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
