Lily Huang, chief operating officer, has Big Four experience serving various companies —ranging from listed and multinational corporations to state- and foreign-invested enterprises and representative offices—which has given her insight into the myriad regulatory and other hurdles that international and SEC-listed companies must transcend in order to thrive. Before joining MarcumBP, she worked at PwC.
Ms. Huang has accumulated valuable knowledge, technical skills and experience in group reporting, annual audits, IPO and RTO projects, financial due diligence, and employment-based immigration (EB-5) audits. Ms. Huang has provided audit and financial consulting services for clients in variety of industries, including manufacturing, trading, commercial real estate, information technology and media industry.
Ms. Huang received a B.A. in Business Administration—Accounting from Guangdong University of Business Studies in Guangdong.
Jenny Liu is a Director of the MarcumBP and based in Beijing office. Jenny has a solid accounting knowledge in US GAAP and PRC GAAP.
Jenny has years of audit experience, and works with a wide range of international and local clients. Jenny has worked across a broad range of industries and segments, gaining particular expertise in the Telecommunication, Media, Technology and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining MarcumBP, Jenny is a senior auditor at KPMG.
Grace Zhang, a senior manager, has substantial experience performing various types of audits, including China state-owned business, multinational corporations, and annual statutory audits. Rich audit experience has afforded Ms. Zhang a solid accounting knowledge in PRC GAAP and IFRS, especially assisting numerous clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters. Prior to joining MarcumBP, she started her professional career at Deloitte and Touche.
Ms. Zhang has audit and consulting experience in helping companies listed on the China and HK stock exchanges. She has worked across a broad range of industries and segments, gaining particular expertise in manufacturing, pharmacy, retailing and real estate industry.
Ms. Zhang earned a Master in Accounting from the Business College at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
