Tony Ng is a quality control Partner with MarcumAsia.

Before joining MarcumAsia, Mr. Ng worked for Deloitte and was employed by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) for eight years. Mr. Ng has been responsible for reviewing the audits of many large multinational corporations and accounting firms.

Mr. Ng is deeply knowledgeable about U.S. GAAP, International Accounting Standards (IFRS), Internal Control (ICFR), and PCAOB auditing and quality control compliance. He offers clients significant experience inspecting public accounting firms, auditing SEC registrants, researching and concluding complex and technical accounting areas, and managing multi-location group audits. Mr. Ng’s approachable personality and accurate judgment enable him to devise effective strategies in an unpredictable working environment.

Mr. Ng has extensive experience in consumer goods, retail and channel, manufacturing, new energy, and biotechnology industries. With Mr. Ng’s cultural background as an overseas Chinese, he has a detailed understanding of Chinese public companies’ operating concepts and auditing issues.
